Hi there! Ms Liz, regarding what extent do you agree or disagree, if ever I will stand for partly agree. Which for me, I partly agreee because it is not the best way to deal with the problem, there should be a supplemental option. In my first paragraph, I will discuss the positive effects of physical education in school in fighting obesity problems.
Second paragraph would be this way ” However, there are other options that should be blended in physical education in school to achieve an optimal effect of eliminating obesity. This is the importance of healthy diet that should be incorporated into physical education to achieve an optimal effect in eliminating obesity. Because nowadays fast foods are everywhere which students tend to choose more often regarding everyday nourishment. Lastly, my conclusion would be, “To conclude physical education could give a positive effect in hindering obesity in children, however, to further achieve the best result of lowering cases of overweight individuals, proper diet should also be included. Thank you Ms Liz.
The recent School Sector Reform (SSR) program, started in 2009, aims to restructure public schooling with the hope of addressing the high dropout rate, making education more continuous and allowing for more options with the addition of choosing a vocational track starting at the secondary level.
Yet even during the Nepalese Civil War, which lasted from 1996 through 2006 and disrupted the education of more than a quarter million children, educational reform was pressed. In 2003, the government of Nepal partnered with the World Bank to revitalize the public schooling system. The result of that collaboration was the Community School Support Project, now integrated into Nepal’s Education for All plan. Placing more power in the hands of the community reflects traditional ways of managing social sectors like education. Along with this transfer of power, the government gives incentives for teachers to teach in rural Nepal and grants for schools so that schools can be funded whether they are in a poor or a well-off community. government has tried to ensure that every child’s educational experience is boosted without regard to where they live, their family’s income, and their caste.
Therefore, physical activities combined with proper diet, education, and awareness, is the most effective method in changing the lifestyle of future generations.
There are many risk factors that can affect one’s health, one of this is obesity and overweight, which become a threat to the health of many individuals. It is often thought by some that the most effective method to resolve this issue is to impart and include physical education lessons in school program. In my opinion, I agree to the statement, because I believe that, once these students become aware and educated about the health benefits of daily exercise, can eventually influence their parents and relatives at home. I also think that daily exercise together with proper diet could achieve optimal health status.
For example, with this essay, I started to write about students would also learn about their own body, how its functions, that foods to avoid, etc, which would prevent them from eating the wrong kind of food. -> would that be off topic? I wasn’t sure if “physical education” only refers to doing physical activities.
As a medical practitioner, I believe that prevention is better than cure, I know for the fact that, daily exercise and physical activities can reduce the risk of acquiring heart and other related health problems, by burning the excess fats from the body and activating our heart to pump more blood thus improving circulation and metabolism. Therefore, educating and giving awareness to the students and young generations could really help them and save them in acquiring future diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, vascular and heart problems. I also believe that once these students or young people become aware of the beneficial effect of daily exercise in the body and educated they can eventually pass it and influence their family members. By this, we are not only saving the future generations but also the adult member in their families.
If then, on the essay, should I write this viewpoint on the introduction, and then in body 1, I write why is it good to have physical education lessons in school, and in body 2, write the importance of diet?
So in the conclusion it will be like, ‘introduction of exercise and physical education sessions in school will benefit people’s weight control, however, the result can be maximized if a well balanced diet is combined’ something like that?
my opinion of this essay topic is that physical education is important, but it is also crucial to maintain balanced diet. So combination of physical and diet in the key to weight control.
So your opinion is that education should be mandatory and education should not be mandatory? This means you have no clear opinion. You must present a clear position in the IELTS opinion essay – you will get a low mark for Task Response if you fail to present and support a clear position. A balanced view does not mean you agree and disagree. It means you present a specific view which is quantified.
